India’s economy is largely based on agriculture. The development in this field can only be possible by study and research in agricultural sciences and its allied fields. Keeping this in mind, the government of India has established several institutes of agricultural science in various parts of the country. Delhi, being the capital of India and on the north Indian fertile plane, boasts few of the finest agricultural and allied sciences institutes.
