Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC)

Shri Ram College of Commerce (popularly known as SRCC) erstwhile Commercial College got its affiliation from University of Delhi (DU) in 1926. This started the new wave of commerce education not only in Delhi but in India. Today Sri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) is one of the leading colleges of Delhi University. Besides offering courses in commerce, the college also offers courses in economics and a PG Diploma course. Both under graduate and post graduate programs are offered.

Studying in SRCC is a matter of pride; its degrees are valued well in academia and industry. Every year thousands of students beeline to  take admission in SRCC’s commerce and economics courses. The college governs its administrative policies according to the constitution of University of Delhi (DU). Its courses are approved from University Grants Commission (UGC) of India for acquiring higher qualifications or doing job in industry.

Not only from Delhi but also from other parts of country admission seekeres come in huge numbers to take admission in SRCC’s Courses. The college offers limited hostel facilities to outstation candidates. There are separate hostel facilities for male and female candidates. The SRCC believes in personality development beyond the curriculum and offers various facilities for co curricular and extra curricular activities. Students living in hostels are offered various facilities like mess, medical care, communication facilities, sports & games, canteen, and entertainment etc.

Sri Ram College of Commerce has dedicated placement cell to assist students in taking job interviews during final year of studies. SRCC students are considered preferred choice among recruiters of national and international repute. The college invites companies involved in finance, human resources, marketing etc for placement interviews.
