Nursery Admission Forms

While an admission form might vary with some addition and deletion from one school to another, but a basic admission form for admission to nursery requires the parents/guardians to give the general information such as the name of the child, the number of siblings studying at the school, gender, nationality, important medical history which you would like the school to know, Whether school transport is required for the child, whether you are in a position to provide safe transportation to the child to and from the school, and whether you are a single parent, apart from address, phone number and e-mail address.

The cost of the admission form for the academic session 2011 has been set at Rs 25.

While it varies from school to school, generally, the form will be available online as well as in the school from the 1st of January 2011. The Delhi government has given the schools the liberty to select the due date for the form submission, but the date can not be after the 15th of January 2011.

This means that while the schools are free to select the due date of submission, they must end the form selling and submission process by 15th of January 2011.

Eligible candidates will then be called for interactions. After interactions, the schools will declare the first list of selected candidates on the 1st of February 2011, the second list of selected candidates will be declared on the 28th of February 2011. The schools can thereafter release the third list.

The selected candidates will need to pay the fees before the due date to secure admission. As per the guidelines of the Delhi government, the process of admission to nursery for the academic session 2011 will end by the 31st of March 2011.
